Magnetic Separators – PLY

PLY magnetic pulley provides a uniform magnetic field to remove tramp Iron from materials carried on by belt conveyor. PLY magnetic head pulley is a continuous self-cleaning magnetic separator, which protects a processing line against different size of ferrous contamination. As the tramp iron comes into the magnetic field with specific distance over the separator, they are attracted and held to the belt until it passes through of the magnetic field and be discharged into a chute or bin. The cleaned non-magnetic materials are discharged normally over the pulley. Pulley removable shaft is mild steel or in an option is stainless steel.
