Magnetic Separators – SMP/SME

SMP suspension permanent magnet series are powered by ceramic strontium ferrite magnets, and used for removing tramp iron metals from non-magnetic materials to protect many kinds of hydro-cone, crusher, press mill and other machinery in production lines to avoid damage and depreciation of turnout by tramp iron parts.
SMP magnet is usually suspended over the material conveyor, vibration feeder or chute ducts. It can be suspended by four sets adjusted wire rope in 50-70 mm height above the top surface of the material.
The type, shape and size of the tramp iron affect the efficiency of separation. Meanwhile, separation of small parts, cubic figures or spherical shapes are much difficult to accomplish. By increasing the burden depth, passage rate, size and humidity of the material, the magnetic field has to be respectively reinforced. SMP magnet is extremely utilized in recycling, cement, sand, gypsum, lime, brick, ceramic tile, glass and mineral industries.
